By ordering tickets the customer expresses his consent to collect and store his personal data once they have been introduced to Tickeptro Polska Co. Ltd. system.

Personal data passed on to Ticketpro Polska Co. Ltd. will be processed solely by Ticketpro Polska Co. Ltd. located in Katowice at 45 Osikowa Street.

The Data will be used exclusively to accomplish the contract, i.e.:

  • to dispatch the order, and
  • to notify the customer of new products ,services and promotions available provided respective consent to receive such commercial information has been delivered.

Pursuant to valid regulations on personal data protection (acts of 29th Aug. 1997 and 18th July 2002) Ticketpro Polska Co.
